Each Comfort Candle is hand-poured with care and prepared with personal intention. As this is a small-batch, made-to-order item that includes a ritual component and optional personalization, all sales are final.

Please note:

• If your candle arrives damaged or broken, please contact me within 5 days of delivery with photos of the issue so I can make it right.

• Trim your wick to 1/4 inch (5mm) every time you light your candle for the cleanest and longest burn. If the candle is tunneling, leave the wick a bit longer.

• Burn on a heat safe surface, don't move while lit & keep wick centred. Keep away from children, pets, curtains, drafts etc. Remove any debris or wick bits that may fall into the wax

• Burn for 2-4 hours at a time, until melted wax is near the sides of the vessel. Burning longer may release excess scent, shorten total burn time or damage the vessel due to overheating.

If your candle doesn't burn evenly at first, don't worry! Beeswax is forgiving and the candle will use up wax from the sides of the vessel once it has burned down a bit. You can give it a little extra length on the wick and burn it for a bit longer if needed.
