The Comfort Candle was born from love, loss, and the sacred space in between. Created in memory of my soul dog Darby, this candle is a gentle companion for those navigating grief — whether for a beloved human or pet.

Each candle includes a hand-poured wax blend of Canadian beeswax & Coconut wax (100% pure) a printed Comfort Ritual card, and the option to dedicate the candle in honor of someone or a pet you love.

Trim your wick to 1/4 inch (5mm) every time you light your candle for the cleanest and longest burn. If the candle is tunneling, leave the wick a bit longer.

Burn on a heat safe surface, don't move while lit & keep wick centred. Keep away from children, pets, curtains, drafts etc. Remove any debris or wick bits that may fall into the wax

Burn for 2-4 hours at a time, until melted wax is near the sides of the vessel. Burning longer may release excess scent, shorten total burn time or damage the vessel due to overheating.

If your candle doesn't burn evenly at first, don't worry! Beeswax is forgiving and the candle will use up wax from the sides of the vessel once it has burned down a bit. You can give it a little extra length on the wick and burn it for a bit longer if needed.
